Connect our games with our users through daily engagement and conversation. Leverage game expertise to drive player relationships, engagement, and retention. Partner closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent user experience for our game.


  1. Help coordinate and consolidate user feedback, including weekly reports and isolating key issues in the community to be brought to the product team.
  2. Leverage community platforms to execute communication plans.
  3. Find community activities, and help support these efforts to grow a healthy and vibrant game community.
  4. Build close relationships with users, while maintaining a positive community reputation.
  5. Generally serve as a lead advocate inside of Tamatem for the Gaming Community.
  6. Know your audience: where they are, how they interact, and speak their language. Be visible, positive, and helpful.
  7. Monitor discussions and within users bases in all games.
  8. Act as a game master by playing the game on different accounts and servers, to compete with top players.
  9. Manage game events and reply to all user messages on social channels and support systems.
  10. Assist with moderating active communities of passionate users on a variety of social media channels and platforms.
  11. Play the global version on a regular basis to check if they are giving better offers, or if they added new features.
  12. Monitor discussions and within users bases in all games.
