Responsibilities:

  1. Building, engaging and maintaining the fan-base of several games by Tamatem and their partner studios,
  2. You will also manage the admin panel, tickets as well as, social interactions with users on all social media other channels,
  3. Provide customer support in order to help them in their needs,
  4. Identify most typical issues based on the feedbacks of the community and the internal reports,
  5. Identifies and reports trends in usage and advises the Game Team on potential opportunities,
  6. Report activity, results to the Community & Product Manager,
  7. Communicate regularly to keep these community members appraised of upcoming features, events, and opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English
  2. Strong analytical skills and ability to present complex information in a simple format
  3. Flexibility to deal with changes and pressure
  4. Genuinely passionate and enthusiastic about games
  5. Highly organized, proactive, and a positive attitude
  6. Flexible to work different shifts (night or day)
