Amman – Jordan – On Monday December 11, 2017 Tamatem won Ernest & Young’s Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year. Officials, business people and EY partners from across the region, attended the ceremony, which took place at the Four Seasons Hotel in Amman.
Tamatem competed against start ups like Crystel, HelloWorldKids, BioEnergyTech Co.. Integrated and Al Hadaf INTL.CO.. The candidates were evaluated based on leadership, financial performance, direction, innovation, integrity, and corporate and personal impact.
“It is such an honor and humbling at the same time to win such a prestigious award from EY,” Hussam Hammo, CEO of Tamatem said. “Over the past year our team has worked effortlessly to get us to where we are today.”
Tamatem has had a 15 percent growth MoM for the past year, releasing six new games with partners from China and Bulgaria and have increased their team to a total of 26 employees.
Tamatem is leading mobile games publisher in the MENA region. Partnering with international studios and developers from around the world, to localize and make their game culturally relevant for Arab gamer.
